Yeah, I didn't think so.
I'm bloated and feel more comfortable in maternity pants, but other than that? I got nuttin'. No bump. No belly. No visible signs that Yes, Virginia, I am pregnant and not just fat!
I guess I must have a ginormous uterus that doesn't need to expand into my stomach. That sucker must be like a cave...
In other news, I'm guest posting today at my friend Jen's blog, Maybe If You Just Relax. It might be slightly entertaining to read about how we used to throw wads of paper into kids' exposed butt cracks. Maybe.

I just saw your post over at Jen's blog. I had to come over and say hi and that you're hilarious! Also, I have a little speech when I meet people too about my name. "It's Shandal, like Chandelier without the ier." Haha! Love your name too! I'm a big fan of different spellings and rare names. :)

I also never felt like I looked pregnant. I mean I felt huge. But not cute pregnant huge. Anyway. You look great! Congrats on the baybee (as Jen would say...).
I always have to tell people it's "Alison with 1 L" - I so get your name clarification. Drives me crazy when people assume things about names. :)
Can I tell you that I hate you right now? I think I may have looked that way at 6 weeks.
I am 31 wks and for the past three weeks have had complete strangers coming up to me saying "anyday now" or "what a great Christmas gift!". Yes, it's great explaining that no, I still have about 7 weeks left. GULP!

I'm a week behind you, 17 weeks, and am not even willing to take a so called "belly shot". I don't look pregnant, just feel sick all the time. All the drawbacks w/none of the benefits? GAH!

This kinda brings me some comfort. I"m at week 15 and not showing; just bloated! I posted pictures on my blog and it looks like I have a baby bump, but I was bloated and pushing out as much as I could! haha. Hang in there! You ARE pregnant. I AM pregnant.
Ugh totally know what you mean about the whole "I'M NOT GETTING FAT I'M PREGNANT!" thing hahaha
I find myself sticking my stomach out a little bit more when I walk by people sometimes in the hope that they will say to themselves "ohhhhhh that's not a REAL muffin top - it's a BABY making those pants tight - how adorable!"
HAHAHA
p.s. I have been feeling the baby kick a little bit now so at least I know this is real even if other people don't realize it yet :)
