How bout my favorite type of customer..
Files an "Item not received claim" and pings you with negative feedback, all the while the postal office has tracked and traced the item and it has been delivered and accepted!
Of course paypal ends the case with giving them a refund whilst you have paid for the item and postage!
Ebay is all about the buyer, not the seller.

I feel so bad for Transformer Luv 4-eva, imagine being a grown man buying used toys over the internet and getting one that's been played with... it's like a greek tragedy.:D
