I love when I see that you've written again. I read through the blogs I follow every morning over coffee and when I see an entry from RAMH, I skip to yours then read the rest after.

Also, I think that had I not declared my husband and I shopping together forbidden, we'd either have been divorced years ago or his body would have been found in a mall bathroom back in 2001. The unsolved mystery of the man who was found with his head jammed up a hand dryer and a high heel up his ass.

lol DH actually asked if I wanted to go there a few weeks ago because someone told us they have cheapyish house stuff.

I've so been there with Hubby many times. After all this time, we have finally just settled on never going shopping together ever.

Since he's been out of work, Hubby has lots of time to kill. So when I came home from work the other day he said, "Do you know about Kirkland's?" (As if I didn't!) And proceeds to tell me about all the great deals. Now, if I had asked him to accompany me to Kirkland's before there would have been a fight to the finish. But because he "found" it somehow that makes it okay.....men!

You just posted EVERY trip I have ever taken with my man to ANY store..I am not big on shopping (except online ;) no kid chasing), and I DESPISE shopping with my man because he thinks everyone in the store has some sort of intelligence deficiency which turns him into the biggest asshole alive (and yes, I do LOVE him but he is an asshole in stores)..
I would leave him in the car next time..with the kids..while you shop..works for me, often :)
Do you have a travel bag in the car for your kids?
When my man protests the staying in the car, I give him the big mama stare followed by 'Suck it up, buttercup' as I close the car door :)

I love Kirklands, lots of cute stuff on the cheap =) we used to have one in the local mall but it has been closed for a while =)

My DH hates shopping anywhere EVER so its just easier to leave him at home with the kiddos.
